A new set of AI-powered enhancements will be released across the Legal Ready platform – designed to support more structured, efficient and informed legal workflows.
These updates build on the way legal teams already work in Legal Ready’s products, focusing on a simple goal: turning document-heavy matters into clear, usable insight from the outset.
Importantly, all of these enhancements are included as part of existing subscriptions and will be available to those on product trials. They form part of our Matter Intelligence capabilities – meaning they are entirely optional and only applied where AI features are enabled by the user.
From documents to understanding - faster
Legal work often begins with large volumes of unstructured material. Before any meaningful analysis can take place, that material needs to be understood, organised and trusted.
The latest enhancements focus on improving that early stage of a matter – without adding complexity to your workflow, and only where AI is enabled.
Users will benefit from access to the new AI Dashboard within your Legal Ready application – providing a deeper, matter-wide view of your documents and materials.
The dashboard is designed to help users quickly understand and navigate complex matters through AI-powered summaries, interpretation and structured matter mapping — bringing key information and insights together in one place.
Automatic document ingestion
Where Matter Intelligence is enabled, you can generate near-instant, high-level summaries of documents uploaded into Legal Ready.
This provides immediate visibility into what a document contains, helping you assess relevance without needing to read everything in full.
Matter taxonomy
With AI enabled, Legal Ready can automatically build a structured overview of your matter as documents are added – including key details such as parties, stage, type and jurisdiction.
This creates a consistent, high-level understanding of the matter as it develops, rather than relying on manual inputs or fragmented notes.
Automatic matter checks & validation
Run AI-powered scans across your matter content to identify potential gaps, inconsistencies or areas that may require further investigation.
This is not about replacing legal judgment – but supporting it, by surfacing issues that might otherwise be missed in large or complex files.
Matter level AI control
Not every matter requires AI support – and not every matter should be treated the same.
With Matter Intelligence controls, you can decide exactly which matters have AI features enabled. This gives you full discretion over how AI is applied, allowing you to align its use with the specific requirements, sensitivities or preferences of each matter.
The result is simple: more control, more flexibility and a workflow that remains firmly in your hands.
Building on the tools you already use
Alongside these new capabilities, existing AI features – including analysis and chronology tools – have been further enhanced. Users will benefit from improved interaction history and export functionality, making it easier to revisit prior outputs, refine queries and incorporate results into their broader workflow.
The focus remains the same: supporting legal teams with practical, reliable tools that integrate into real-world matters – with AI available where and when you choose to use it.
Our team is available to support you. If you’d like guidance, training or a walkthrough of the new features, you can contact us at support@legalready.ai or book a consultation.
